Payments
Please note that after placing an order you will receive an automatic email confirming the order. However, this receipt does not constitute a contract, and ANUUMI UNLIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order for reason including, but not limited to, inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud.
Shipping & Contact
Please allow our team 1-2 business days from the date of purchase to process your order. Orders are immediately shipped after processing.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
If for any reason you have entered the wrong shipping address please email Care@Anuumi.com within the first 24 hours from purchase so we can update your order.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. You will then receive another email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. (If for any reason you do not receive any of these emails please reach out to us at Care@Anuumi.com)
Please allow *UPS* time to scan and update your tracking information within this 1-2 business days processing period.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. (Plus 1-2 business days processing).
Total Waiting Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Contact Information: To receive Order Update, it is compulsory to fill in your Email Address as we will also contact you mostly via email for further notice after your order is placed.
Refunds, Returns, & Store credit
We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us.
If you are not satisfied with your order we offer store credit(Active up to 1 year of issued date).
Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email our customer service department at Care@Anuumi.com for our return address. Customer is responsible to pay shipping return cost.
With defective items, we expect customers to notice and provide evidence. Evidence must be included: Photo or video sent to our customer support via care@anuumi.com for further assistance & a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted then your store credit will be processed.
Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns, store credit, or exchanges.
Undelivered items
ANNUMI UNLIMITED is not responsible for any packages that are lost but states delivered.
Under the circumstances, your package cannot be delivered and sent Back/Returned to the sender for the following reasons:
- - Cannot contact recipient
- - Missed delivery
- - Incorrect recipient information
- - Unpaid Import Duties & Customs
- - Refused Delivery
Customers are required to pay a re-shipping fee and/or Import Duties & Customs to have package re-shipped. Email us at care@anuumi.com
We will contact you back once we are notified about the above issue and provide you with relevant instructions.
*Please be aware that all Back to sender/Returned to sender items will be at ANUUMI UNLIMITED disposal after 30 days from the date of returning arrival.
